The threaded interface where our collets attach to the BRT-222 utilizes a British Standard Whitworth (BSW) 1/2"-12 thread specification.
• Major diameter of 0.5 in (12.7 mm)
• Thread pitch of 12 threads per inch (TPI)
• Pitch spacing of 0.0833 in (2.117 mm).
A major upgrade to our standard blind hole puller, this set is designed and manufactured with professional mechanics in mind. This tool set includes high-quality, heat-treated CrMo collets designed to remove bearings with an inside diameter between 8-32mm. The stainless steel slide hammer shaft doubles as a handle for a stainless mallet head and comes with two screw-in replaceable heads (brass and poly-urethane). The back side of the mallet is also machined to magnetically hold a cassette lock-ring tool, allowing the mallet to serve double duty as a lock-ring tool.
