BKC-0674 - TorqTite, Ceramic, XD15 Corsa, 45 degree Angular Contact, Bearing Bottom Bracket for BBRight Framesets to Shimano 24mm Cranksets

Please note:
This bottom bracket may require two tool sizes for proper installation. Due to the inboard bearing position used in BBRight applications, a 52 mm x 16-spline tool is required for the non-drive side, while a 44 mm x 16-spline tool is required for the drive side.

Because of the TorqTite design, we recommend pressing the non-drive side in first, then holding it in place with the appropriate bottom bracket tool while tightening the drive side to the proper torque specification. As a result, installation may require both tool sizes.

You may find the following tools useful for installation and servicing:

For bottom bracket installation:
BRT-060-MH – Bearing press rod and handle set
BRT-040 – Bottom bracket and hub bearing removal and installation full toolkit
BBT-44x16-24 – Pro Cup socket tool for 44mm x 16-spline bottom brackets and Shimano / 24mm spindle cranksets
BBT-52x16-24 – Pro Cup socket tool for 52mm x 16-spline bottom brackets and Shimano / 24mm spindle cranksets
BBT-010 – Bottom Bracket Flat Wrench – for 44mm x 16-spline and 52mm x 16-spline
BBT-001/B – Shimano crank arm fixing bolt tool for use with torque wrench
GR-009 – Enduro MAX bearing grease

For bearing removal, servicing, and installation:
GR-011 – Enduro Speed bearing grease

Enduro's top of the line BB solution, we press XD15 45 degree Angular Contact bearings into precision machined aluminum TorqTite cups that simply thread together into the BB shell for a simple, secure, creak-free installation. Enduro XD15 bottom brackets and bearings are manufactured to the highest standards at the Enduro Bearings production facility in California, USA. Our XD15 bearings combine corrosion-proof, cryogenically treated nitrogen steel races with Silicon Nitride Grade 5 ceramic balls in a proprietary process that results in the ultimate high performance bearing setup.

Find out why Bike Radar reported the XD15 Hands down, the best bottom bracket we have ever tested. We are so confident in the performance of XD15 Ceramic-Hybrid bearings, that we offer a full lifetime warranty against wear and corrosion. The most impressive feature of these bearings is, unlike other bearings, they only get better with use. As the bearings wear-in, the balls actually make the races even smoother. So when compared to other ceramic-hybrid bearings on the market that claim speed and power advantages on day one, Enduro XD15 bearings not only provide the same initial advantages on day one, but will get even faster and smoother with time and use, while the other ceramic-hybrid options will only get slower.

This is just one of the huge range of solutions that Enduro makes for the wide range of bottom bracket standards on the market today. Enduro offers a solution for just about any configuration at multiple price/performance levels, ranging from standard ABEC-3, up to XD15 Ceramic Hybrid bearings featuring a lifetime guarantee.
