A to Z, Enduro Bearings leadership includes engineers, accountants, designers, machinists, and problem solvers. We are collectors and minimalists, book readers and chess players, artists and musicians, bike riders and non-bike riders. Much like the products we create, we are a quiet, dependable bunch.

Starting in 1998, Chris Feucht has served Enduro, first as an advisor and graphic designer, eventually taking on full-time duty in 2019 as brand manager. He began his career twisting wrenches and managing bike shops, followed by significant contributions as the ‘new product guy’ at Wilderness Trail Bikes and President/Managing Director of the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship. Chris loves riding and product testing and his other favorite things include: more bike riding and product testing. If Jeopardy ever adds a bicycle bearing tournament, place your winning bet on CF.

David has spent the last 20+ years exploring every corner of the cycling industry, from bike shops and service departments to brand development, events, and community building. His journey has taken him across the country from the East Coast to the Midwest and West Coast, leaving behind a trail of well-organized workshops, successful events, and definitely a few very tired bikes. An ultra-cycling enthusiast at heart, David has tackled some of the sport's legendary challenges, including Unbound 200, Paris Brest Paris, Shenandoah 100, the Oregon Cascades Volcanic Arc, and more. When he's not thinking about bikes, brands, or how to bring more people into cycling, he can be found chasing new adventures through backpacking trips, mountain bike rides, and outdoor exploration with his partner and their pup. At Enduro Bearings, David brings his decades of industry experience, customer-first mindset, and passion for growing the cycling community to help riders, dealers, and partners around the world.

Dustin joined Enduro this year as Operations Manager and to champion the move into our new HQ and distribution center. A bike nerd since nerd became a word, Dustin began spinning wrenches in a neighborhood bike shop with ever increasing responsibilities along the way, most recently running the service department at Phil Wood & Co. In his free time, Dustin rides anything two wheels from BMX to motorcycles, builds wheel sets for buddies and reads Shakespeare [not really]. His favorite MTB rides are with Ranger, his Aussie-Heeler sidekick.

Jonathan grew up in Orange County and started his career in bike shops after high school, working his way from technician to shop manager. His path eventually led him to Cervélo, where he gained experience as a mechanic while expanding into operations and product management. After meeting his wife at Cervélo, the two eventually relocated to the Bay Area to be closer to family. Along the way, they have shared adventures ranging from the challenge of completing the Hoodoo 500 through the Voyager Conjoined event to volunteering abroad in Nepal, experiences that reflect their shared passion for exploration, teamwork, and giving back. Today, Jonathan brings his background in bikes, operations, and customer support to Enduro Bearings with a passion for making every customer interaction better. He enjoys improving processes, creating efficiencies, and finding ways to help the team succeed. Outside of work, he spends his time chasing new fitness goals, exploring trails, and enjoying adventures with his wife. Although cycling has taken a quieter role in his life these days, it remains a passion that shaped his career, friendships, and countless memories.

Kai Xiang began working for Enduro Bearings in 2020. With an advanced degree in accounting and a newfound love for cycling, Kai is ideally suited to manage Enduro’s documentation and human resource efforts in Singapore. His hobbies include reading and admin systems design to improve workflow. That’s not a typo. Enduro is fortunate to have Kai on our team – an MTB loving, process-oriented reader that enjoys wrestling with spreadsheets.

Matt Harvey leads Enduro’s cycling division while business partner Mike Alders guides the industrial division. Their 25+ year journey can be found on our history page. Away from work, Matt restores vintage bicycles and collects anything with a bit of provenance from furniture to art to LPs. He can’t resist giving old stuff a new home. Most weekends you’ll find Matt on mixed terrain rides with buddies; rides that often begin in Marin, Oakland, or Woodside.

Mike Johnston oversees Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) sales and marketing and brings a metric ton of cycling industry experience to Enduro Bearings. In 1995, Mike joined Mavic, serving as head of global marketing for a decade. Over the years, he has managed EMEA efforts for a number of A-list brands including Crankbrothers, Lapierre, Gore-Tex, Clement Tires and Goodyear Tires. Mike enjoys spinning around France on his Scott Addict, playing guitar in a local jam band, and hitting the white ball rather straight with a five handicap.

For the last 10 years, as Enduro’s global logistics manager, Yuri Harvey has expertly ensured that our OE and distribution partners receive their orders affordably and on-time. Sounds easy until you toss in 1000+ SKUs, ever-changing client forecasts, stacked-up cargo ships and escalating freight costs. Yuri once taught Kindergarten, confirming she’s a patient multitasker with mad skills. Away from HQ, Yuri is a member of the California Art Deco Society and enjoys everything 1930’s and 40’s.
