Shipping Information

• USPS: Orders are typically picked up one business day after the order date. USPS frequently picks up first thing in the morning, so orders placed after 3:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day and will ship the business day after processing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST are processed the following business day and will ship the business day after processing.

• UPS: Standard orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are typically picked up the same day. Larger orders or orders containing less common products may require additional handling time and ship the following business day.

• DHL: Pickups are manually requested. Orders are typically picked up one business day after the order date.

Free Shipping
Domestic orders over $100 subtotal qualify for free shipping. Complimentary shipping methods are selected at our discretion and are typically economy / no-rush services.

Tracking Updates
• USPS: Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours of pickup, but may take up to 72 hours. If your tracking has not yet updated, please trust that your package was picked up according to the timeline above. We will contact you directly if there is any delay on our end.
