Shipping Information

 • USPS: Orders are typically picked up one business day after the order date. USPS frequently picks up first thing in the morning, so orders placed after 3:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day and will ship the business day after processing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST are processed the following business day and will ship the business day after processing.

 • UPS: Standard orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are typically picked up the same day. Larger orders or orders containing less common products may require additional handling time and ship the following business day.

 • DHL: Pickups are manually requested. Orders are typically picked up one business day after the order date.

Free Shipping
Domestic orders over $100 subtotal qualify for free shipping. Complimentary shipping methods are selected at our discretion and are typically economy / no-rush services.

Tracking Updates
 • USPS: Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to reflect on USPS's platform. We have occasionally encountered instances where a package travels across the country without receiving its first tracking update until it's closer to its destination.
