Enduro Solid-Lube bearings feature a unique lubricant-infused foam polymer injection molded into the bearing assembly, replacing traditional grease or oils typically found inside a bearing. The solid lube polymer fills the entire cavity of the bearing, leaving almost no room for contaminants or moisture to penetrate and create friction. Like all Enduro bearings, this Solid-Lube radial bearing is designed specifically for bicycle applications and features the highest quality materials and construction. 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races paired with grade 10 Balls, are engineered with deep grooves to accommodate the largest balls possible maximize the bearing contact area, which translates to greatly increased load-bearing capacity and bearing life. The LLU/LLB seal combination found on these bearings utilizes a more protective LLU seal facing outward, towards the elements, to reduce contamination from water or dirt, while the lighter-contact (less seal-drag) LLB seals facing inward keep the lube where it belongs.
