The additional balls, combined with deep race grooves in these bearings provide greater lateral support for the twisting and multi-directional forces associated with mountain bike pivots. This bearing features deep-groove design races, with grade 10 balls and full-contact, double-lip, labyrinth (LLU) seals for maximum protection against the elements, while keeping the 90% fill of Almagard extra high pressure grease inside. When properly installed (black seal facing in) and adjusted, Enduro Angular Contact (A\/C) bearings engage all of the bearing's balls to spread the force over a larger surface area, decreasing friction, minimizing wear and increasing bearing life.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eThis bearing has been used as a suspension pivot bearing by Intense.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eThe Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls.
